About Us — we are a family business, bringing together two generations with a diverse mix of skills and expertise, and a shared passion for lifestyle-led design.

Between us, we have lived in a myriad of homes — from Dunedin’s damp student flats to terrace houses in London, Melbourne city apartments and beachside family homes. This appreciation for differing life stages and lifestyles helps us create homes that people love to live in: where form and function are balanced, and where light and views are maximised.

We focus on timeless design and enduring quality to create versatile homes that always go beyond expectations. Our intimate understanding of the modern inner-city living experience gives us a keen insight into the things that really matter — those simple yet thoughtful touches that make all the difference.

We are passionate about Auckland city and determined to help shape its continued evolution through considerate, future-proofed developments. We know that no two suburbs are the same, and neither are the people who will live in them. With creative, site-specific thinking underpinned by decades of experience, Milotté properties respond to their current location while keeping tomorrow’s community in mind.

Sustainability and longevity are important to us. We believe that everyone deserves to own a home they love, that is designed with care, and is built to last. To bring each project to life, we engage a trusted network of contractors and suppliers who share our values. Together, we are proud to make a positive contribution to life and living in Auckland through exceptional, high-quality housing.

The team.

Mike Page
Managing Director & Development Manager
B.Prop

Mike is the founder of Milotté and the driving force behind the company’s strategic direction. In his role as Development Manager, he oversees all facets of each development from inception through to funding and delivery.

Highly qualified with more than a decade of experience in Auckland’s property industry, Mike combines hard work, technical knowledge and skill with a burning passion and unwavering commitment to ensure that Milotté produces homes that people love to live in.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University in 2009 — at the peak of the global financial crisis — Mike began his career with five years working in real estate sales for CBRE Auckland. Operating in an unforgiving market instilled in Mike an appreciation for the “back to basics” approach and reinforced the importance of location, quality and timing to a development’s success. Following this, Mike was a partner at MPAC Property, delivering numerous residential projects over seven years with a focus on building high end executive homes and townhouses in some of Auckland’s most sought after suburbs.

With a close eye on the market, the regulatory environment, and the evolving climate for homeowners, investors and tenants alike, Mike saw an opportunity to bring his experience in high-end homes to solve many of the common challenges of high-density, inner-city housing. And so, Milotté was born.

When he’s not in the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his young family and heading out into the water for a surf, sailing or fishing trip.
