We can see what’s on top of the ground, but we can’t see what’s under it. Before we begin design, we need to know what we are working with underground. We have had the team from Intorock Drilling on site this week drilling bore holes to give us a better picture of the ground below. What we found is Basalt Roc. Common for the Morningside areas the volcanic rock is solid and a great foundation for building buildings.
